Exceptional Children in ECE: Accessing Supports for Children with Special Needs

Many ECE programs have children with special needs in the group, but teachers and caregivers may be unsure of how to best serve those children or to access the supports available in the community. Come and explore more about the identification and referral process infants, toddlers and preschool-age children with special needs. Develop targeted supports for a variety of exceptionalities in children and review what to expect from specialists that work with you on-site at your program. {This course was developed in collaboration with NWRESD.}
