Here’s what we do…
Professional Development
With all of the demands involved with educating young children and operating a child care program, it can feel impossible to keep up with required annual training hours! Early Learning Inspired has a solution for you – onsite and online professional development sessions. Sessions are offered for individuals on our training calendar, or centers/in-home programs can schedule a private training for their staff. Training sessions range from 1-hour meeting/lunch hour sessions to a full day of learning and team-building. Sessions are available across all of the Oregon Registry’s Core Knowledge Categories (CKCs) and include Set 1, 2, and 3 level content. Sessions are energizing, inspiring, and full of practical information that educators can put to use right away in their work with children.
Explore what Early Learning Inspired offers individual educators at the Upcoming Sessions tab. Centers looking to schedule private sessions can select Schedule a Session at the top of the page. Request a full training catalog via email by using the Contact Us tab.
Parent Workshops
Check out the Parent Workshops tab to see some of the workshops that can be offered at your program for a community-building and learning experience. For a full list of options, please use the Contact Us tab and send a message. Need a customized session for your program? No problem!
Consulting & Coaching
For Providers and Directors who are looking for one-on-one support and resources, use the Contact Us tab to send a message with your needs.
Do you need a fresh set of eyes to help you identify ways to provide outstanding experiences for the children and families your program serves? I can support you in quality improvement efforts with specific feedback on instructional strategies and environmental design. As a certified CLASS observer (Infant, Toddler, Pre-K) and ERS assessor (ITERS-3, ECERS-3, FCCERS-3), I can also conduct an observation/assessment and provide customized feedback that targets improvement ideas that align with the goals and values you have for your program.
Are you an early learning professional who would like to become a Certified Trainer in Oregon? I’d love to support you in that process!
